Effective teaching goes beyond delivering content — it creates spaces where students actively engage, construct meaning, and take ownership of their academic language while becoming aware of their intrinsic gifts and creativity.
Every class is uniquely tailored to the students' interests. They walk away standing taller, learning a little more about themselves, their potential, their peers, and most importantly, how to collaborate with others in a supportive environment.

What Your Child Will Experience at the Learning Labs
The LifOpps Communicating with Confidence Learning Labs provide an immersive, supportive environment where students explore topics they're passionate about through the lens of STEAM. More than just lecturing, these labs encourage active learning through mock business scenarios and student-led roles.
The National Science Teachers Association emphasises the importance of constructivist, hands-on STEAM learning experiences that are active and student-driven, motivating, collaborative, and contextualised in real-world applications.

Financial Literacy
The Mini Money Management (M3) Learning Labs
Building the foundation for entrepreneurs
The REACH Foundation, in collaboration with LifOpps Learning Labs, is thrilled to announce the Mini Money Management Learning Labs — designed to inspire the next generation of young entrepreneurs and financial leaders at Golden Elementary.
Through hands-on activities and engaging lessons, students in grades 4–6 will:
- Communicate, plan, and market a product or idea
- Develop a budget and manage revenues, expenses, and cost of goods sold
- Learn essential financial literacy concepts including saving, investing, and smart financial decisions
- Collaborate in teams to showcase entrepreneurial skills in a Mini Market Product Launch Showcase
10 labs · 1.5 hours of instruction · Meets twice a week after school
Minimum class size: 15 students · Optimal: 20 students
Builds Financial Literacy at a Young Age
By introducing budgeting, saving, and financial concepts in grades 4–6, students gain early exposure to skills that help them make informed decisions about money throughout their lives.
Encourages Entrepreneurial Thinking
The programme inspires creativity, innovation, and problem-solving by allowing students to brainstorm, design, and market their own products or ideas.
Teaches Teamwork and Collaboration
Students collaborate in teams to create, promote, and sell their products, learning the importance of communication, compromise, and shared responsibility.
Develops Real-World Skills
Students apply maths, communication, and critical thinking in meaningful, hands-on ways — from calculating budgets and profits to presenting ideas to an audience.
Builds Confidence and Leadership
By taking on roles such as director, lab manager, or feedback giver, students strengthen their leadership abilities and discover their unique strengths.
Promotes Smart Financial Habits
Learning the importance of saving and investing early instils positive habits that can lead to financial independence and stability in adulthood.

Most of our facilitators hold Master's Degrees in their specialised fields.

General Expectations
- Attend every Lab and give your best efforts
- Speak about topics that interest you, especially topics from school
- Access Learning Lab documents, PDFs, and worksheets to work efficiently
In-Person Lab Expectations
- Be prepared to learn, engage, and give your best effort
- Be on time
- Be respectful and show kindness to everyone
- Take initiative and volunteer for roles
- Put away phones, laptops, and all devices to limit distractions
LifOpps Learning Lab Refund Policy
Full Refund: If a student registers and requests a refund within 3 days after the start of class (after attending two classes), LifOpps will issue a full refund. If a student is unable to attend any classes and LifOpps is notified via email within 3 days, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Amount: Refunds within the eligible period are processed for the full tuition fee paid, less the e-transaction PayPal fee ($5.00).
Non-Refundable: No prorated refunds for missed classes or requests made after the 3-day window.
Excused Absences: Email [email protected] when planning an absence. Facilitators will help your student catch up.
